First Contact LLC is a full service real estate development firm committed to quality residential and commercial development. Originally created to establish new communities where none presently exist, our mission has expanded over the years to include offering the best residential and commercial developments while serving all markets from low and moderate income to high end luxury homes under our Rayhan Homes Luxury Builder line.

COMPANY PROFILE

First Contact LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws and statutes of the State of Missouri and the State of North Carolina.

First Contact LLC was founded in August 2000 to assist neighborhood and community organizations in providing critical professional services to the neighborhood development community. First Contact LLC was created to fill the critical role of providing a key service and support to the neighborhood not-for-profit development corporations, by offering a complete one source resource to the not-for-profits to meet their development needs.

Not-for-profit organizations partnering with First Contact LLC are able to evidence “technical skill and capacity” in meeting the requirements of the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) to qualify as a Community Housing Development Organization (“CHDO”).

The principals of First Contact LLC are some of the premiere talent and experienced professionals in the industry. The firm’s experience excels in site acquisition, planning and design, financial packaging & underwriting and development management and design build projects.

First Contact LLC excels as a real estate developer and builder specializing in partnerships with neighborhood organizations in their committed efforts to revitalize their neighborhoods. Our services are designed to compliment neighborhood organizations by offering an array of services needed to successfully complete their development plans and goals.

The principals of First Contact LLC has successfully worked with and cultivated mutually beneficial relationships with governmental entities, community and financial organizations and private entrepreneurs to develop both housing and commercial enterprises.

First Contact LLC was founded on the fundamental premises of a commitment to quality, full service provider with affiliates corporations designed to make development easy, manageable while providing a superior management and consultant service to its clients. The principals of First Contact LLC and its affiliates have actively participated in development projects in excess of $300 million.
